This years BBQ and family fun day was nothing short of a roaring success. From the outset we were blessed with the sun shining on us and the only shadows cast were those of the magnificiant aircraft that came to join us on the day.

One of the days highlights had to be the arrival of the Garda Helicopter. This beautiful flying machiene arrived with us early on the day and stayed with us late into the afternoon. The craft was open to the public for photo opportunities and closer inspection.
it would be safe to say that this was the focus of many an admirers attention on the day. In all honesty who could blame them. It was a golden opportunity to get up close and personal with a helicopter. An opportunity that for many may never present again.
